Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using CampusClique

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CampusClique (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1Eligibility

CampusClique is intended for college students and early-career learners. You agree that the information you provide (including college and passout year) is accurate. We may limit visibility of accounts that have passed their passout year.

2Your account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You must not share accounts or use another user's account without permission.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.
  • No plagiarism, impersonation, or misrepresentation of skills/credentials.
  • No attempts to exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • No uploading malicious code or content that violates any law or third-party rights.

4User content and collaboration

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant CampusClique a limited license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. Collaboration outcomes and any agreements between collaborators are between users; CampusClique is not responsible for disputes, deliverables, or payments between users.

5Plans, payments, and usage limits

Free accounts may have feature limits (such as ideas created and collaboration requests). Paid plans unlock additional features for the subscription period. If a subscription expires or a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until renewed.

6Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or harm the Service. You may request account deletion from Settings.

7Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusClique is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
